I wanted to ask, is acknowledgement a necessary part of the research paper outline? I did the paper myself, don’t really have anybody to give credit to but myself.

    Dear Steve,
of course, if you didn’t have anybody to help you doing research or anything, you did the paper by yourself, than there’s no need to put in an acknowledgement page into your research paper outline. You may leave it out.
